In order to better serve you, here is some important information you will need to know about buying and shipping astrological bangles internationally. 

1. UPS / USPS:
   We currently only offer UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) for means of transporting bangles for shipment internationally. The reason for this is; they are the only ones that allow us to insure the bangles for their total value.
   

2. Duties & Taxes:
   Please note that you may be charged duties or taxes by your country on your bangle purchase. We do not charge duties or taxes, these will be charged by your country’s customs department, and you will be responsible for paying them directly for any of these charges (as these charges vary from country to country). We cannot declare a low dollar value on our shipments to help customers avoid paying duties and taxes. When shipping internationally we are required to attach 4 invoices on the outside of the package, and we cannot manipulate the price or item being shipped on those invoices because of insurance reasons. We also cannot ship without insuring the item for its full value.
3. Import Restrictions:
   As much as we want to be able to sell you a bangle, there are a few countries that prohibit the import of gold jewelry. In some cases, we have alternative vendors or delivery options in these locations. Import regulations change from time-to-time however, so if you are placing an international order, please be aware that on occasion we may have to find alternate ways to get your bangle to you depending on your location. Please contact us by email to determine if you can receive delivery and the best shipping options or alternatives for your country.
4. Transit Times:
   Although we are given a “transit time” for the bangle to arrive to you, items being shipped internationally will sometimes get stuck in customs. We have no control over this, and often times it can delay arrival up to 2 weeks.
5. Insurance:
   Insurance coverage varies from country to country. Although we do insure all of our bangles, some carriers place liability limitations on certain types of shipments going to specific countries including jewelry / precious metals. Due to these limitations we may be required to change your shipping carrier from the carrier you prefer to one that can better insure your package.

   Insurance limits are placed at $10,000. per package. If you are ordering several bangles please be aware that we may need to ship them in separate packages if their value exceeds $10,000.

   US Mail has many unusual restrictions regarding shipments to certain countries. If we are unable to ship by US Mail we are often able to ship by UPS (although this can be more expensive). However, the list below shows the countries we can confidently ship to with full insurance using UPS delivery.

Shipping your bangle to us for Repair:
Please be sure to check with your countries Customs & Duties office prior to shipping your bangle to us for repair to find out if you need to file any special paperwork so that you are not charged duties when your bangle is returned to you and goes through customs on your end. You must explain to them (or explain on the paperwork) that the item is “used” and being sent to us for repair. Otherwise you will end up being charged duties for a “new” purchase when the item is returned. This can be a costly mistake that you will want to avoid!

Be sure to insure your bangle for its full value when shipping to us. We cannot be responsible for lost bangles that are not insured. If you are uncertain of your bangles value, please contact us and we can give you a current bangle price.

Pay special attention to the address you choose below to ship the bangle to us. Because we are located in a rural area, we often have problems with customers shipping to the incorrect address which can result in the item being returned to you.
